Consisting of two separate buildings connected by a courtyard, Union includes 133 residential units and 9,000 sf of retail fronting both historic Old Town and Chinatown.
Union is a 35,500 sf mixed-use development site located in Victoria’s Chinatown. Designed in partnership by Robert Ciccozzi Architects and Merrick Architecture, the project comprises two 5-storey residential buildings with an elevated landscaped courtyard and ground floor retail and restaurant space.
