Centre Village Mall, acquired by Anthem in early 2006, is a 380,995 sf shopping centre, centrally-located at the corner of 13th Street and 2nd Avenue North in Lethbridge, Alberta. Extensive work including an expansion of Canadian Tire in 2009, and the construction of new Save-On-Foods, London Drugs, and Dollar Tree stores in 2016 have taken place at the property since purchase and have contributed to its current state as an updated and reinvigorated centre.
